During the scramble, it's hard to spot a person without a wearable on it. And it's not just us runners who rely on them.

It's a explosive, multi-billion dollar market. Brands like Garmin dominate, featuring an wide selection of various models to fit a range of lifestyles. According to how feature-packed the model you go for, costs can vary between an affordable sum to thousands of pounds.

How Do They Work?
